Truly Vintage Mourning Brooch, Edwardian to Art Deco period. Black Cameo made from black bakelite, tiered brooch with grooved corners and a stamped floral design on each side of the cameo. The brooch is is about 2.5" by 2.75". It is in very good condition. Came from an estate in PA where I was able to acquire many pieces from back in the late 1800's and early 1900's - I will be adding more of this. There is a line from the back of her head toward the corner - it is not a real crack but a craze line on the surface. IN the photos it is under magnification. It is visible without magnification but nothing like damage - just an age blemish. See photos.
